About us

Our firm

Dedicated to people

Each person, couple and family is and has unique circumstances; therefore, our mission is to apply legal knowledge and experience to the task of being the best tailor. We advise people on the model and the right fabric for each occasion; we take measurements and make tests until we get a tailored suit with which they feel comfortable, perfectly adapted to their circumstances and legally possible.

Our work philosophy translates into a personal treatment, in creating the necessary closeness to talk about complex issues, always considering the global picture: the needs of the children and the good of the family. We approach each case giving priority to negotiation as the main tool to reach agreements, to maintain the bonds.

Friends are the family we choose

At Sainz y van Kesteren we have had the privilege of learning from, as well as working and collaborating with two law firms known for their excellence and track record:

Founded in 1980, by Lupicinio Rodríguez and León Barriola († 2018), the Firm has developed a senior legal practice based on critical values, assisting with this premise a wide range of clients during its 40 years of history: large corporations, small and medium-sized companies, Public Administrations, directors and administrators, Associations and Foundations.

To Lupicinio, to those who have contributed to create and consolidate this Firm and to the wonderful human team that develops it day by day, we are united by bonds based on long-standing relationships. We share structural values such as the inalienable soundness of theoretical knowledge, learning based on experience, the creativity of proposals and the relevance of the emotional component in the solution of any conflict or negotiation.

In short, with Lupicinio International Law Firm (L.I.L.F.) we share a space based on an approach to the profession, on the need to address the issues of the people for and by whom we work from a 360º vision and at least four dimensions.

Macho Carracedo abogados
